Do you have dirt from old clothes?
Since it was worn as a kimono, there are stains, crease marks, needle marks, fading, etc. here and there, but I try to make the places as inconspicuous as possible.
In addition, we incorporate tasteful fading, etc. as a kind of design for kimono remake clothes.

Is it possible to cancel or return the product?
Cancellation before shipment is possible, but basically we do not accept returns due to customer's convenience (color is different from the image, size does not fit, etc.).

Can you issue an invoice or receipt?
We will pack and send the delivery note together with the product, but we do not provide separate receipts.
You may use the delivery note instead, or you can obtain your order details on your account page , so we would appreciate it if you could print that out and use it instead.
When will it be shipped after purchase?
After purchase, we usually ship within 3 business days.
We appreciate your understanding in the event of delays due to bad weather or other disasters.
